Mountain Town Foods is a packaged frozen foods company based in Bend, Oregon. My name is Jenn and it’s nice to meet you here! I’m from Maui, Hawaii where our honorary mountain is Haleakalā (House of the Sun).

The volcanic landscape of Central Oregon definitely reminds me of home. To pay respect to where I’m from, as well as the place we now call home, I gave my company the name “Mountain Town Foods.” It’s a subtle reminder to live with humility and respect as we live, work & play on the slopes of sacred mountains (whether here or in Hawaii).

My debut product, Happy Patty™ is inspired by a recipe my best friend & I made together countless times for almost two decades. We called them “nutburgers” and they were so deliciously memorable that some folks have asked about them even years later! I decided they should be enjoyed by everyone & I developed the recipe into what it is today. I know that you will love Happy Patty™ as much as my family & friends have over the years.
